2. When Can I start Accepting Payment via Credit Cards?

As soon as your merchant account is approved you can begin to accept payment via credit cards or electronic checks. If you've already completed your merchant application, you should be approved in 1-3 business days.

3. How do I set up Monthly & Weekly Rates?

The Rental Avenue Book it Now Software allows for daily rates to be used only. When an owner would like to offer discounts for longer stays, we recommend creating discounts titled "Weekly Discount" or "Monthly Discount", or even "Seventh Night Free". Whatever the discount may be, the guest will see that they are indeed receiving a large discount compared to the average nightly rate.
