The Rental Avenue 'Book it Now' is a terrific product. I could not run my business without it. It puts all the critical information that I need concerning bookings, emails and refunding required to successfully operate. Your product has made it possible for us to expand our business from a single vacation rental into five different locations throughout the U.S. The main advantage is that we are now able to manage all of our properties from our home and avoid expensive property manager and referral fees that we have previously paid. I like the ability to be able to change the rates and terms as needed as well as block out dates for personal use and friends. So far, the new software version makes all of this even easier and your customer support is great. After having tried to manage all this manually, I can’t understand why someone would want to fuss with all this stuff without an automated system.
