We recently purchased a condo in Maui and have been using your entire suite of services. The Rental Avenue tools were so easy and intuitive to use that I had my site up running over the weekend. My wife is impressed with how professional the site looks and I like how easy it is for me to make changes. I especially like the credit card processing service and the way it automates everything.

Your Web Site Promotion service that we began last week is starting work; I woke up this morning at 5:30, went to my home computer, and lo and behold someone who contacted me yesterday about information had booked six weeks next February – March. The Rental Avenue Book it Now is a remarkable product. It’s hard for me to say enough about it. It works flawlessly and reliably, automating many routine tasks that take time and energy to do. It puts all the critical information that you need at your fingertips about your bookings, sending emails and refunding deposits transparently. It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up in the morning and see new bookings and deposits made to our business account because it has been working in the background overnight.

Rental Avenue made it possible for us to expand our business from a single vacation rental into five beautiful homes in different locations throughout the U.S. Best of all, we are able to manage all of our properties from our home and avoid the expensive (and not necessarily satisfying) property manager fees that we previously paid. Vacation Rentals on Maui has used Rental Avenue for over 4 years. The Book it Now online reservation technology has allowed us to grow from 1 property to over 60 properties in only 3 years. Last year we booked over $2,000,000 in online reservations using this system. We couldn't manage our business without it. One of the best features is the Google Analytics integration. Before we couldn't tell which advertising was working, and now we can pin point down to key words, advertising sources, and which key words are working based dollars spent compared to bookings earned.
